The reference contact portal, step by step
The portal reference contacts keep close: the day of linked people, organization news and tomorrow's program. Designed to be understood in ten seconds.
How you get in
Access arrives by invitation: when the organization records the link, the reference contact receives a personal link to create their own account with their own password.
There is no open signup: only people invited by the organization can enter. If a reference contact loses their password, they request a reset from the portal and a collaborator approves the request.

The day, in real time
The home screen shows the current day: whether the linked person is present, which activities are scheduled and what has already happened.
Information comes straight from the register collaborators fill in during the day. What staff write in the morning, the reference contact reads at lunch.
Announcements and the board
The organization's bulletin board with the latest announcements: reminders, schedule changes, news. Each announcement opens into a readable page, with no attachments to download.
Important announcements also arrive by email, immediately: the board remains the place to re-read everything calmly.

Meals: the lunch choice
When the organization publishes the lunch menu, the reference contact records the linked person's choice directly from the portal, with the right lead time.
If the choice changes before the deadline it can be updated; the history of choices stays visible.
The evening brief
Every evening around 8 PM an email arrives with tomorrow's program: activities, outings, meals. It is the evening ritual of peace of mind: you go to sleep knowing what the next day looks like.
The brief is written in plain language, designed to be read together with the linked person the night before.
