Entrance check-in
Walk in, tap your name, done. Attendance sorted.
The entrance tablet shows the center's people by first name and initials. One tap on your name, one confirmation, and the arrival lands directly in the attendance register educators already have open.
How it works
As long as walking through the door.
Recognised at a glance
The grid shows the name the person actually uses, always in the same colour. Duplicate names? A last-name initial is enough to tell them apart.
Two taps, nothing more
Tap your name, confirm “I'm here”, and attendance is recorded with the time. The screen then returns to the grid on its own.
It lands in the real register
There is no second list to copy over: check-in writes to the same attendance register educators use, and they can correct it at any time.
Why it changes the day
Arrivals record themselves. Educators look ahead.
Real independence
Nobody waits for a free educator: people recognise themselves and check in. Anyone who needs help asks out loud, as always.
Private by design
Only first names and initials appear on screen: no full surnames, no personal data, no notes. It's an entrance, not an office.
Works without Wi-Fi too
If the network drops, the grid stays visible and clearly asks people to find a staff member: no attendance is ever made up.
