The shared display

Pairing a display in thirty seconds

From the staff area open “Pair display”: a QR code appears. Open Insieme in the browser of the room's TV or tablet, scan the code, give the display a name. Done.

The device has no personal account: access belongs to the organization, not to a person. If the tablet changes, you unlink it and pair another one with no consequences.

• No passwords to remember and no shared accounts.
• Multiple displays per organization: one per room, one for the entrance.
• Each display has a recognizable name in the staff area list.

What it shows during the day

The display tells the day to whoever is inside the location: the people present, current and upcoming activities, the week's tasks, the lunch menu, the latest announcements.

Content updates by itself: what staff record in the staff area appears on the display within moments, without touching anything.

Management from the staff area

In the Displays section you see every connected device with its status: online, offline, last check-in. You can rename a display, preview it, regenerate its access or disconnect it.

If a display stays dark for too long it is marked offline: you know before walking into the room and finding a black TV.

When the connection drops

If the location's network goes down, the display does not go blank: it keeps showing the last known day. When the connection returns, it updates by itself.

The display does not replace the register: it is the right place for information that must be visible to everyone, always.
