How long does it take to get started?
The organization is set up in a day together with us: locations, people and reference-contact links. Collaborators and reference contacts join with an email invitation, straight from the browser.
Can less tech-savvy reference contacts use it?
The reference-contact app is deliberately essential: a few screens, plain language, no installs. There are three main actions: look at the program, choose lunch, report an absence.
Where does our data end up?
Insieme is organized into separate organizations: your data lives in your own space, with role-based access. Reference contacts only see the people linked to them.
Can we keep using our administrative software?
Yes, and we recommend it. Insieme doesn't do billing or compliance reporting: it takes care of attendance, activities, meals, tasks and everyday communication.
