Who uses Insieme?

Is it only for one kind of organization?
No. It is designed for organizations with people, locations, activities and reference contacts: the structure follows the way you work.
Do reference contacts need to install an app?
No. The reference-contact app works in the phone's browser: sign in with the credentials from the organization's invitation, no store, no installs.
How does the lunch choice work?
The organization defines the menu in sections and a deadline. Reference contacts compose the linked person's lunch from the app until that time. Collaborators see the choices and who hasn't chosen yet.
Do we need to install anything on site?
No, Insieme works in the browser. The location display is optional: any TV or monitor with a browser can become the day's wallboard.
We run more than one site: is that supported?
Yes. An organization can have multiple locations, each with its own people, calendars and tasks, plus a coordinating overview.
Does Insieme replace our administrative software?
No, and it doesn't want to. Insieme takes care of the day: attendance, activities, meals, tasks, communication with reference contacts. Administration, billing and compliance stay with the tools you already use.
