The center's day, finally in one place.
Attendance, activities, meals, chores and family updates: Insieme holds the day together for educators, people and families — instead of paper sheets, boards and scattered messages.
For day centers, socio-educational centers and communities.
The problem
The day already exists. It's just scattered everywhere.
In many centers the day lives in three different places: the attendance sheet, the chores board, the families' WhatsApp group. Everyone keeps it in their head — until someone is away.
Today, without Insieme
Attendance sheet
paper, pen, copying it all at month end
WhatsApp group
mixed-up messages, no trace of anything
Chores board
chalk and sticky notes, rebuilt every week
Printed menu
lunch choices by phone or by word of mouth
Separate agenda
activities half-known, families left out
With Insieme
One shared day
attendance, activities, meals and chores in the same place
Families included, with measure
they see the program and choose lunch, without chaotic groups
Everything on record
who did what, and when, stays logged
A day with Insieme
From 8:30 to the evening brief, one single flow.
Insieme is not another system to fill in: it's how the day flows. Every moment has its tool, and every tool talks to the others.
- 8:30
Attendance
Educators open the register and mark who's in with one tap. Absences reported by families are already there.
- 10:30
Activities
The center's calendar shows workshops and outings. Who takes part is recorded, activity by activity.
- 12:00
Lunch
Meal choices arrive from families by the deadline. Kitchen and dining room already know.
- 14:00
Chores
The weekly board assigns each day's small tasks. Everyone knows what's theirs.
- During the day
Updates
A note, a reminder, an announcement: communication stays in the center's record, not in a group chat.
- 20:00
Tomorrow's program
Families receive an email with tomorrow's program. Educators get their operational brief.
For families
Know how the day is going. Without having to ask.
Insieme's family app is simple by choice: the day's program, the lunch choice, chores and updates from the center. All from your phone.
The day at a glance
activities, times and attendance for the people connected to you
Lunch is chosen in the app
compose lunch from the menu sections, change your mind until the deadline
Updates that stay
no more lost messages: every note from the center is findable
Tomorrow? You know tonight
an evening email with the next day's program
For educators and staff
Fewer sheets, fewer phone calls, more day.
The center's digital register holds attendance, activities, meals and chores together. Whoever steps in knows where to look. Whoever organizes has summaries ready. And families are reached without ten phone calls.
The register in one tap
today's attendance, reported absences and summaries always at hand
Meals under control
menu, family choices and who hasn't chosen yet: all in one screen
Chores that are visible
weekly board with repeats and assignments, no sticky notes
Clear access
educators, administrators and families: everyone sees exactly what's theirs
Center display
The wallboard that updates itself.
In the room, in front of everyone: the current activity, the day's timeline, lunch, the chores of the moment. The center display connects in two minutes and shows only what should be public — fed by what educators already do.
Always current
no boards to rebuild: it mirrors the day's register
Time-aware
highlights the current activity, lunch time, chore time
Safe by default
shows only information suited to a public space
Simple pairing
pairs with the center via a code, approved by an educator
Features
Everything the day needs. Nothing more.
Insieme covers the center's everyday, not the bureaucracy. Every feature exists because a part of the day asks for it.

Trust
A serious product for real people.
Insieme holds everyday information about people and families: that's why it's built with care, not with promises.
Everyone sees only their own
families access the people linked to them; educators and administrators have distinct roles and permissions
Organizations kept separate
each center works in its own space: one organization's data never mixes with another's
History of changes
important actions stay logged: who, what, when
Not clinical software
Insieme organizes the center's day; it does not manage medical records or health data
FAQ
What centers ask us
Who uses Insieme?
Three profiles, three tools: educators and staff use the center's operational app, families get their own simple app, and the organization has an overview of centers, people and access.
Is it only for disability day centers?
It's designed for day centers and educational services of every kind: disability centers, socio-educational centers, communities. A center's day changes little: people, activities, meals, families.
Do families need to install an app?
No. The family app works in the phone's browser: you sign in with the credentials from the center's invitation, no store, no installs.
How does the lunch choice work?
The center defines the menu in sections and a deadline. Families compose their person's lunch from the app until that time. Staff see the choices and who hasn't chosen yet.
Do we need to install anything on site?
No, Insieme works in the browser. The center display is optional: any TV or monitor with a browser can become the day's wallboard.
We run more than one site: is that supported?
Yes. An organization can have multiple centers, each with its own people, calendars and chores, plus a coordinating overview.
Does Insieme replace our administrative software?
No, and it doesn't want to. Insieme takes care of the day: attendance, activities, meals, chores, family communication. Administration, billing and compliance stay with the tools you already use.
